Domestic violence matters are aggressively prosecuted in the State of Oregon. Victims of domestic violence and those living in fear of abuse, deserve strong protections from the cycle of abuse and power and control dynamics. However, good people can find themselves wrongfully accused of domestic violence. For the accused, domestic violence charges carry a dark stigma. In some cases, the very person claiming to be abused is actually the abuser. When this happens the alleged victim may claim domestic assault, harassment, or intimidation in order to gain power and control over the accused. People wrongly accused of domestic violence deserve an aggressive defense to fight back and protect their rights. They deserved a strategic and experienced domestic violence attorney. Throughout Bend and the State of Oregon, the Donahue Law Firm, and Domestic Violence Attorney Bryan Donahue, represents clients in domestic violence matters, with pride and integrity.
